A sturdy steel base support has been included in the design, to provide maximum safety when lifting heavy in the flat position. The bench can be positioned to allow for seated support to the decline position and every useful angle in between making it perfect for all free weight exercises.

Wheels and a handle on the base allow for ease when moving the bench to different positions around your training area.
